Overall great purchase and a steal for the price. It did not include the shoulder strap to convert to crossbody (that it would come with if new) but I never planned on using it anyways and it wasn’t advertised to come with it, so I’m not upset. Bag was in great shape. 10/10 would purchase from this seller again.
