The Mayu was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition - considering this is such a fragile piece of glass, that's saying something. Seller went above and beyond with communication of the sale and even wrote a very sincere personal note. Absolutely wonderful and gives me yet another reason to continue to use this service.
