Shipping was fast but the standout was how the slippers arrived. The Ugg box was inside a large box that protected the Ugg box from damage the Uggs were wrapped like brand new from store with inserts inside the slippers! This was top tier. These came ready to be gifted! Beautiful! Thank you for your attention to detail.

Actually, the jacket I received was black, not gray. However, it looks to be in good shape and I am not looking to return it. I need it for a trip coming up so I don't have time to exchange or return it. I was just a bit surprised.
