Bag came in neatly packaged! Jackie also included some goodies too with it and a lovely note! (She sent me a face mask!!!! I love it). The bag itself was in fantastic condition and everything looked as in the ad. EXCELLENT interior. I have never seen a clean bag interior like it. Very prompt communication and polite!!! She included a dust bag too. Great purchase and I would definitely purchase from her again!

Palette was just as described. Thank you for the samples too! Unfortunately I was so excited I had butterfingers and dropped on the post office floor and cracked the mirror in it :( but it doesn't affect the products and it gives it character. Lol. Thank you so much!
