I was so pleased with Cheryl’s customer service. Cheryl went above and beyond to answer my questions about the boots she was selling. She was patient and very helpful. She also mailed the boots quicker than I expected. I was quite impressed with how thoughtful she was with her packaging- the words “Thank You” were neatly written on the packaging and the boots were wrapped and packaged neatly and protectively in a very sturdy box. She also included a thoughtful handwritten Thank You card. I will definitely buy from her closet again! 10 out of 10 stars!!!
