The packaging didn't secure these earrings as they were only in a zip lock baggie and a post office padded envelope. As a seller and purchaser, packaging is so important!! ... not only to secure the item but also to protect the longevity of this delicate item. Despite this, I'm giving you a 5 star rating with the hopes you can give packaging a more thoughtful response!! This rating reflects the condition which was as expected and the shipping time was prompt. So thank you!! Please don't be offend ... I would hope others would rate me so I could improve customer service!! Happy Fourth of July!!
