She was awesome. We had some complications with an old address and other things and she waited til we got it straightened out to make sure that my nirvana oversized maroon sweatshirt got here correctly. This sweatshirt is amazing and I'm so in love with it. The maroon is SO Hard to find and never in stock. LOVE!
