The purchase and delivery experience were perfect. As for the item itself, the only small disappointment was that the sole, although nice and thick, was not soft enough. I found it a bit too hard. But of course, this is criticism on the Nike company as the responsible designer and maker of this product. Other than that I loved the overall design and colors. Very light weight.
