Seller mentioned internet outage so was not fast in responding comments. however, the actually shipping via Canada Post only took 3 days in total. necklace itself is in great condition. also the packaging was with folded papers. I usually use bubble wraps and boxes for these type of items. but maybe I should reduce my packaging because the seller's minimalist's packaging worked fine.
