Giving a 5 star rating because so depressing when receive a lower rating and can totally screw your average, but I am going to share an honest opinion that will probably be perceived as crappy,but really is just to provide something to think about as this is a buyer's opinion and that really is who you're trying to please, correct? This item certainly doesn't appear to be in "like new" condition, and I buy A LOT of Torrid so you might think about whether or not you're overusing the phrase a tiny bit because no one wants to provide grounds for a return.
