I ordered a large and another brand and it ran too small so I automatically assume that Excel and this brand would be slightly bigger, however, it is slightly bigger than I anticipated but that’s a good thing because it gives me room to wear it as a coat or as a dress and is very fashionable. The material was exceptional, and I did not even notice the blemish that the seller pointed out it looked fairly new if not new and I’m very pleased with this purchase. Great price great material great sale and happy customer.
