Oh my gosh!!! Came across sellers closet looking for something kinda of specific and I found it . She was gracious and kind enough to accept my offer. Her posting stated could use a good polishing and I inquired as to what I could use and she responded. Well I received my bracelet and charm today and I am totally blown away by the care she put into this item before shipping it. She put it in the original box I believe and polished it! I was in tears when I put it on it was so clean it shined like new. I lost my son in 2020 and I have been looking a for an angel charm not sure of anything else but knew I would know and I am so so thankful I found your beautiful bracelet and charm not knowing what I wanted but I felt like I would know and I could not be any happier with your beautiful bracelet and charm. I don’t normally write a novel review but I have never received something that truly moved me. Clearly a amazing human if haven’t been in her closet you need to check her items out they are definitely well cared for
