I attempted to cancel order #6350ae487687ee6898bbab0f after assuming it would be shipped in 1-3 days after order. Seller replied they had dropped the item for shipment but it did not appear in tracking for two days. It arrived too late for the gift as intended. Seller suggested I contact support. I would like to return the item for a full refund, please.
