Order was shipped promptly. The item was received as described and pictured. Packaging could have been a little more secure (loose tape on box, lack of any wrapping and/or cushioning for protecting items) with the realistic nature of how carriers manhandle shipped goods at times, but the shoes arrived just fine. Therefore, I do not believe this should affect the rating, but it could be worth consideration in the future.
