The item was NWT as described and packaged nicely. The seller was amazing and responded to my inquires within minutes. The only thing which bothered me was that the scarf had alot of animal hair (cat...i think) and I even found a piece of cats nail that had been shed. The scarf is already white and fuzzy and I spend quite awhile removing the black/brown cat hair. I wish the seller had disclosed they had animals.
