What could seller improve? Everything! The seller did not ship the boots for almost 10 days! They also didn’t respond to my inquiry asking when they will ship, let alone even acknowledge or apologize for the delay. Very rude. The boots are new however they arrived all dusty. Seller couldn’t even wipe the boots off and ship them looking clean. Not happy with this seller from start to finish. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
