Geraldine was amazing! I was a bit panicked that I wouldn’t receive the bag in time for Christmas, and she was very patient and responsive (especially when I was concerned about the Posh Authenticate process). The bag itself was brand-new and gorgeous, and even came in a Versace box. Definitely bookmarking this seller to buy from again.
