Gena is a wonderful seller and takes pride in her items. It was shipped quickly. Unfortunately Poshmark damaged the bag during their authentication process or sent the wrong one mistakenly because the bag has very visible flaws on the top outside that were absolutely not in the photos. Gena’s photos showed a clearly flawless bag. I am trying to deal with Poshmark about this unfortunate situation.
