Neatly packed. As it is a vintage mechanical camera slower shutter speeds (1, 2, and 5 seconds) are inaccurate and stuck while return. This is a very common issue resulting from age and extended storage. The item is still considered functional and "okay" because the faster shutter speeds likely still work correctly.
