Seller was VERY responsive and communicative. Quick shipper. Items well packaged. USPS was a problem AGAIN but seller investigated & communicated about lack of tracking. Package was late according to USPS estimate but arrived in 'the nick of time'.

I just love the necklace I ordered. Delivery was very fast and efficient. Unfortunately there were problems on my end with a lazy USPS delivery person but the seller worked with me diligently to resolve it - it wasn't her fault but she provided me with all of the information I needed to deal with USPS. Would definitely purchase from her again!
