Tracking of the earrings had stopped updating. The seller reached out to me before I even knew thr was a problem. She contacted customer service and made them aware of the delay and possible lost earrings. The seller was vigilant and maintained constant communication with me with any updates. Due to her impeccable customer service and concern I will be a returning customer. The beautiful earrings finally arrived safely. They were packaged very securely. Which is probably the reason they weren't damaged. On top of it all, the seller took the time to send a very kind and unexpected gift with the earrings.
