The bag is stunning, perfect condition! There was an issue with USPS tracking, absolutely no fault of the seller at all, and she proactively messaged me to let me know she had already been in touch with them to find out what the problem was in their end. She did this without me even asking, and way , way before I was even concerned about shipment time.. She kept me updated along the way. Thanks!!
