My order was shipped promptly, even with a small glitch of extra communication . . . She noticed a small crack near the lamp’s knob. It didn’t affect the function and can’t be seen. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to not proceed unless I wanted to. It was a rare find for me and had sentimental value, so I’m happy that it worked out for both of us.
