I absolutely love the plushie I received! It was much more expensive everywhere else, and I didn’t want to pay such a high price at Build-A-Bear, so I was really happy to find it here. The frog noises are adorable and make it even more special. I also truly appreciate that it arrived before Christmas, perfect timing!

An exceptional dress - out of the ordinary. Seller contacted me to tell me they had found a small flaw in the skirt. They asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Seller sent me photos of the repair in detail and I chose to complete the order. Once the dress arrived I found it a bit difficult to locate the flaw. Thank you, Seller, for your integrity.
