Very nice, well-made, vintage Relic novelty Police Neighborhood watch clock die-cast car. As described and pictured. Great quality and price. The item was nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and was shipped inside a very sturdy cardboard box via tracked USPS Ground Advantage. The shipping was extremely fast, and the item arrived two days ahead of scheduled delivery, and only four days after purchase. The seller's communication was excellent.
