WOW! I am so impressed with this seller. My Dooney and Bourke bag arrived in perfect condition. It had the original tags, the packing paper inside the bag exactly as what comes from the manufacturer, even still had the plastic protecting the zipper pulls. This could not have been better even if I had ordered it directly from D&B. It was in a sturdy shipping box, which was then also wrapped in brown paper. The bag is beautiful. Customer service and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this seller.
