Above and beyond, excellent communication, I purchased the cross that it was Handmade by a family member, she Holly sent all these handcrafted items potholders and bracelet, as gifts. She came into one of my live shows to share, and I promised her I would be back because I love crosses, and I did and I purchased the last one.
