The item was as described, it had a slight snag in the lace but it is barely noticeable. The shipping was so quick!!!! I do think it was maybe new to the owner but the plastic tag on the label isn’t true to Lilly. They use pink tags. But not going to knock her for that. Would purchase from her again.
