This skirt is very pretty!! I don’t know that I’d say it’s like new, though. It has mild pilling all over it. It’s not super obvious, and I will still wear it. I still love it! I love that you packaged it almost like a present! 🎁 How cute! The shipping was expedient, and your customer service was splendid!
