The pillow was brand new and arrived tightly rolled in a box. It was so misshapen when I took it out that at first, I thought it was the wrong pillow. After I flattened it out, it returned to its original shape in about an hour. This pillow is an absolute game changer for anyone who struggles to get comfortable at night due to neck discomfort. First good night's sleep I've had in months. Thank you!
