The seller was incredibly helpful and friendly! She shared examples of sizes she wears in other brands so I could compare and make sure I was getting the right fit. She was also very willing to negotiate until we reached a price we were both happy with. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as pictured. Such a great buying experience!
