It is beautiful on the exterior but so dirty on the inside. Ink stains a pen change and dirt I'm cleaning it up the best I can but I can't believe it was sent in this condition

The hat arrives slightly smushed. I think I can straighten it out, but a stiffer box would have helped. :) other than that it was perfect!!
