I had commented before purchasing asking about a small stain on the front of the purse. She assured me that it would come out and the purse did come with cleaner. I ordered it and awaited my shipment. To my surprise she removed the small stain I had mentioned before shipping!! Love this bag!! Exactly as described. Super fast shipping.
