The pillow was in exact condition as shows and very carefully packaged. I bought it because I had the exact same one for nearly 10 years and I finally dropped it during my travels on Christmas Eve. I was so excited when I found it here that same day and was relieved she sent it out asap so I could use it during my travels back after Christmas. She even left me a hand-written note on the packing tissue, which I thought was really sweet. <3
