This item is so cute, upon arrival everything looked wonderful, opened package, very well insulated with foam and styrofoam peanuts, then wrapped in bubble wrap! Once I removed everything there was a tiny which ended up being a couple cracks. I sent the information to the seller. Who was so kind and offered whatever help she could offer. I know she put great thought and care into getting this item to me. I’m keeping the item. I of course am somewhat disappointed but it’s very difficult for me to find her at fault. I actually even feel better after adding this information! We all need to stop and think and then react. Thank you @j_werner for making this a better experience!
