I am so blown away by the quality of this item. Firstly, it was packaged with such care. It was in the original box, but was packaged in a larger box that was sturdy, taped well, and insulated with additional packing to protect the shipment. This machine was stored properly. It had absolutely no water left inside - even within the machine’s tubing. I know this because the first thing I did was purge the lines and not one single drop of water came out. The machine had absolutely no smell at all to it, no permanent staining, no microbial growth, NOTHING. I even tested it to be sure it dispensed the proper amount of formula and it performed perfectly. I am so grateful to the seller for taking such great care of this machine. I would purchase from her again without a doubt. She is a trustworthy and honest seller who communicated with me throughout.
