Order arrived quickly, pristine and packaged in its original box. The bag appears new with no signs of usage, and I'm really happy I was able to snag this in one of the classier prints at an affordable price. This bag is exactly as described. Although Lug hasn't created this bag without a few design flaws, it is well made and a great convertible bag. I can save a lot on massage therapy now that I have a pretty purse that I can easily switch from shoulder to backpack and back at a moment's notice. Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks so much for the quick ship. The rosewood red is lovely and the maple lining and strap are gorgeous Canadiana. I even liked the box it came in, haha! Cheers! :)
