Excellent purchase, new in box, in perfect condition. Packaging really outstanding too. Boots are beautiful, 4.5 inch heels look like 5 inch and surprisingly easy to walk in thanks to the 0.5 inch platform. Zippers a problem--had to wrestle with them to get them up, but they're breaking in gradually. Overall very pleased!
