The item itself was in good condition. The box it was packed in looked like it had been through a hurricane, ripped up box, tape all over the place and the actual mailing label was literally torn in half and taped back together. I am surprised it made it here. It took longer than expected for the item to arrive (13 days) but I guess that could have been weather related.
