I'm super happy with my purchase and with the seller! I bought a pair of gently pre-worn UGG boots from Jayme, my first UGGs ever actually, and my third ever purchase on Posh, and I couldn't be happier! I was nervous due to all the counterfeit stories out there, yet hers were (as far as I can tell) not only authentic but in FANTASTIC shape -- much better than I expected. They didn't even look like they were worn once, let alone for the several months of a season. Jayme was very prompt and courteous with all of our interactions. Great price, too. She mailed the package out right away: nothing extravagant but there was a cute note. The shipping container also also smelled really nice when I opened it - ha. No evidence of pets or other odors. (Worth mentioning because these are used shoes! Honestly, I'm going to have to ask her what freshener/perfume she uses because the box reveal truly smelled great in general. ☺️) I highly recommend her shop! Thanks, Jayme! Xx. erica
