Arizona Jeans had a real tight 38" waist. I dampened the waist band and wore them all day and now they fit. The legs are not just "relaxed fit" but "loose fit," which worked out after a winter of building up my thighs by indoor biking 100 miles a week on my racing bike and electronic trainer.
