Lovely hats. The seller shipped quickly and packaged them well. I have one of these hats in the same size new from the website, but these hats were considerably smaller. A hat stretcher and some washing and manual shaping is getting them close to the size on the tag. Lovely hats!

Excellent customer service, just wish box had an additional gaurd or piece of cardboard to prevent me from cutting into the clothing when opened. Overall great experience would purchase from this person again!
