they appeared to be new. jenna responded to my offers promptly and i received the shoes quickly.these shoes are my favorite shoe type and brand. wish they still made them. i have back problems and they are the only shoes i can we’re with a dress. if you have anymore or know anyone that does please message me, ucsb we’re 8, 8.5 and nine in them. do you remember we’re you bought them? thanks jenn
