Brand new, as described. Each slipper individually wrapped. Lovely note from seller. I would definitely recommend this seller. BTW I was really happy to find this listing. I have been wearing this brand for over 10 years. Real shearling for the most comfortable slipper ever. Shearling recommended for anyone with foot problems eg diabetes. Cozy but not hot.
