Absolutely amazing, was going to buy a broken phone case without knowing about the flaw and instead of jusf sending it she contacted me to let me know what I was really buying and then gave me a different phone case. Also to say sorry she gave me 3 custom stickers that are super cute and match with the case that I didn’t get!

Item is gorgoeus. I thought the accents were black but they are navy, either way it is perfect. Love it.
