She is a wonderful five star seller - friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in all of her reply messages. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the item, prior to purchasing. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely padded and wrapped and then placed inside of a large pack, to preclude crushing during transport. Looked like the item had been used. A corner was worn & tag removed. Not perfect condition as described. Super cute purse for my niece :)
