Item delivered clean, folded neatly, and smelling good. It came in a plastic, within a decorative gift bag with an unused tag. Ready for gifting. Nordstrom doesn't. With a holiday card with her lovely message of gratitude in a separate envelope sealed and addressed to me. This could only be from an operator with values. Values she believes in, did not have to do it, did not have to spend the extra money she could have pocketed. did not have to spend the time to do in this in this busy time. Many come here to find value saving and pinching dollars-pennies. Seems I have discovered the true execution of Values, Values not determined by dollars but an exemplary of HUMAN VALUES. Thank you.
