There was a buckle strap missing from one of the booties that snaps . I read the comments where someone asked about them and she said they weren’t broken that’s how they are . I contacted another seller of the same item and questioned it and that’s how I know both booties are supposed to have snapped buckle straps.I already paid for them it is my loss .
