You definitely deserve 5 stars, my item was just as described, Packaging was well thought out, he made a comfortable trip, with no damage. However, he somehow got stuck in one place for a few days. On their tracking website it shows he still hasn’t been delivered yet, but my husband checked our mail Saturday, I had received him. So 5 stars for you and 2 for delivery 🚚! All’s Well that Ends Well🌷
