Everything was packaged great however the pro glycolic somehow leaked and unfortunately majority of the product was in the lid. BUT I do know the seller did everything they could to prevent any sort of accident so it must have been a fluke or temperature to cause this. I highly recommend the seller as she is a fast shopper and has a great closet. Everything was as described ♡
